1 ss show my normal stats whit lunar+15int
2 ss show the difference stats (no real)
3 ss show the real stats planar soul pendant only +3int and givme 23dmg..and 28dps.. awesome

it procs on taking damage, which is only good for warriors...

Yup after using this on mage/rogue and literally standing there taking damage hoping it procs you realize it never will. It goes off for me maybe once/twice a night of running for hours.
not so great for Dps class.

We don't shout here.
If you read my above posts saying I purposely take damage for the proc to go off, then you will see I'm aware of the mechanics.
With that said, the proc is rarest for Mage then Rogue.
It does not proc often even when taking damage for these classes.

Soooo...this is just another item to make characters other then mages OP? what kinda Mage (or rogue for that matter) can survive long enough to proc crystals for their party?
Maybe STS can make it proc every 30 seconds or proc if YOU do enough damage... but 'm not gonna have my mage run around as target practice for others.
From the information i have gathered , tanks are more likely to proc than the other two classes because the amulet proc activates on taking damage. So i would suggest that rouges and mages should have a longer proc duration that would make it somewhat fair.

i think its PvE maybe...in PvP it procs quite okay, maybe planars are too weird or they hate showing off their powers :3 dang these planar items!
