What set is better for 22 dex bears??

L21 crystalline bow set
Or
20 dex hallow set n l19-22 fbow?

If someone could clarify which is better n why!

I'd say at 22, do Hallo Helm and Art for hit with the fbow, and Expert with talon/wing

Onyx beats both. Looks cool and does no damage. Definitely better than forg which does 100+ damage and prods blind
