Guys question to the mods plz, have u reached decision on whether u will allow planar armour to be upgraded via fragments or if u will introduce dark crystal gear into locks or into loot drops.
Ik this is hot topic but am sure u understand that is affecting lots of gamers and leading to much frustrations.
