why love banner is no tradeable?

It is not tradable due the fact that it is an exclusive item. I have all 3 types of Loves (2x 2013 ones, 1x 2014 one). If it is exclusive, it is exclusive, like most of the banners. I could ask why lb banners aren't tradable, but i already know the answer - no.
Wait for Valentine's Day to get one.
