Something, anything, just as long as we can actually see when someone has it equipped.

As of right now there's nothing that sets this time consuming thing to craft apart except from looking at someone's stat page, there should be some kind of effect on it to reflect it's power and rarity.

I love the effect on forerunner on rouges and mages, purple spinning curves. If u could replace the blue particle on lunar doom fang with that spinning curves it wud b great

As a suggestion, perhaps you can make the arcane circle that appears when it procs a permanent effect that'd be cool.

Great idea. I think they could be visible like real necklaces, maybe purple just as over planar eq, but they should also have some kind of a sign visible from a large distance - maybe a light like in Keshal? Or some smaller elements flying around in a group? It's an issue for guys from Fan Art :D
