When will level increase and unlock the lvl 41? I hope when will update then the good vanity drop rate will up and no 0.001%

Woow i now see one Black Heart Gem so great.. Can i ask that how to get this gem? Long time ago had a very good events but then now why haven't? This is not fair that just the old players have great items and vanity.

This is the post of why so many people are telling me the elite gems are going to drop...cuz Castdown said so.
There aren't 30 days in February.....thus he was joking when he said they will drop Feb 30th.
