A question about Android OS

(I know I should be posting on a Android forums...I don't have an account for that forum yet...sorry)

I have Android 4.3 (Samsung GS3)

recently,
I've been getting notifications about "Top Games" then when I click on them, it opens google play store and I see a game I've never heard of before.
And sometimes, Google Play Store opens by itself and directs me to a game.

I ran 3 different anti virus apps on my phone, found no viruses.

Whats wrong with my phone?
Does anyone else get these Google Play Store notifications?

I don't know what it is but tell me all the methods you tried to solve this
If I didn't try restarting UR phone that is the best advice I could give sorry I'm only 21

I've ran anti-virus scans on my phone.
Cleared RAM, looked through Application Manager to try to find what is causing the issue,
Googled ways to resolve this (no searches were related)
(Restarting doesn't work)

Google directs me to Samsung's site, i call their support number, they didn't how to fix it...

Buy a new phone
