I have a set of the new armor, it's great! I love how you get bonus stats if it's the set. I also gemmed mine and got a grand gem on my helm... first try c;

This new bulwark's proc is different from elon bulwark's. A friend of mine said the old bulwark's proc is better.

IMO.. referring to bulwark weapon, the elon bulwark is better than frost bulwark for tank in pve. Maybe the Frost bulwark better in pvp based on its proc.
