Noob Question

After reading this threads about breeze and its OP freeze in PvP I've got a question for y'all...
What is stun immunity and how does it actually work?

Stun and being frozen, is unfortunately two different things...so I've heard.

after being stunned once you cant be stunned again for 7.5 seconds..
nerf primarily on sorcerers so they cant easily stunlock
