Mythic recipe

What happen to the planar mythic recipe?
Seem it doesnt drop anymore...no one selling it at CS anymore, there are a day lot of recipe selling at CS and now they all gone. Seem AL increase drop rate for certain period and then just stopped. Seems not fair.

Just like when 10 plat for pooping lock and double arcane/mythic week,I felt something wrong with lock drop rate... btw I'm farm lock with 10 diferent char,that's why I can say this
