Power leveling

Is wt4 the quickest place to level with XP elixirs? Or kraag tombs better?
Also, looking for help with the leveling. Random parties full of people who don't understand their roles and take 20 minutes to run a level. Looking for someone/group to run with to help me get to 40-41. Thanks everyone.

i prefer Kraag Tombs Level IV. The runs are short but are good exp givers. in WT4 when you kill the witches, you dont get any EXP. its upto you if you need more exp or less exp
