Umm, thats probably for specific PvP levels, you should specify which brackets :). The gear is pretty easy to set up, but the combo and skill order is the difficult part.

i love how people still farm for these...
Btw the only thing worth buying from the platinum store would be the premium packs, and depending on your build and lvl, there are better alternatives to the snowball launcher
