Lv 25 Mage BASE Build

Hey, so recently I've got a lot of questions about my build. Sense I don't want to give out my exact build YET, I thought I would tell people with questions about a BASE Build

NOTE: This will not give you an exact build
Base Build: 6 Bom, 4-6 Bov, 2-3 Heal, 4-6 Light, 1-2 Drain ( 2 Drain for Nuke ), 1 Frost, 1-3 Fire, 1 Mana Shield

Stat Points: 55 int, 74 dex

Gear:
Lv 25 Hall Int/Dex Set ( Both are Good )
Lv 25 Crystalline Wand OR Purple/Pink Paw OR Toy Man Wand
Lv 25 Crystalline Wing OR Pink/Purple Chilling Evidence Bracer

Obv paw, it has like 80 more damage

Paw has more Dmg but less hit % and crit but I prefer paw
