Sending platinum.

I want to ask for two things.
1 : Are there 2 different servers for Iphone-system game and android game ?
2 : Is it possible to send platinum from Iphone account to adroid account ?

My english can be crummy, but I tried to write clearly :P

1. Nope, all platforms play on the same server.

2. No. I'm not familiar how Android players get platinum, but if they do allow transfers they have to go through iTunes, I think.

Im looged on 2 phones at the same times, and the interface is different. There are different players etc. And i dont see my second hero.

I also sent a friend-invites between my accounts. And it doesnt work

Towns? There are different town maps even if your in the same town. It could be that your current one is filled.

Try adding your characters to friend list, and have one click on "Join " in the list until it disappears (meaning your actually in the same map already).

Re friend list, if it doesn't work, re log in one or both, or if it still doesn't work, have one character create a locked game, look for that game with your second character by typing in your first character's name in "Game Name" and you should be in the same game now.

Ah. Now it works. But i still dont know how to send platinum :( Maybe "headmaster" of PL or something like that can do this ?

Platinum is account based, not device based If you buy platinum for an acount on an idevice, that platinum will be availabe if you log that account in on a droid.

Hmm. You can ask, but why have 2 accounts when you can use one on both?

I was sure its possible to send platinum in-game by trade. But i was wrong.
I bought on iphone ( bacause its easier through itunes ) but i wasnt logged at appropriate acc. My fault.

That is not possible. Can you just use the new acvount you created that bought the platinum as your main acvount? You can transfer gold and items to your new avcount, and if the old was just a trial, getting a new character to 18 would be quite quick. If you let me know later today i can help level them up.

I can do it. But i wanted to transfer, because on this second acc i have lvl 22 of hero. On my acc where i bought plat. i have lvl 4..

I might be misunderstanding. Have you previously purchased platinum for your first account? If you already have purchased a number of maps and items on your first acvount, and have not spent the platinum on ypur second acvount, you can try contacting support to see if there is anything they van do.

I just earned free platinum for 1st account ( lvl 22 ). And bought one dungeon for this. Nothing else. Ill try to contact support
