Wuss a good lvl13 pvp bear build?

-lvl10 archer 4 plat pack
-2crit 8dmg / 2hit 8dmg ring
-lvl10 dex hallo helm (im not sure if its better than the plat pack helm)
-lvl5 exp leather
-lvl10 evi bracer
-6rage, 4stomp, 1sms, 1vs
