Old player came back then the level deduct to 10?

Hi,

Does anyone know or someone you knew had an issue like, they are already an old player from 2012 (or later) when the level gap was on Level 30 or later and about to transition to Level 33 gap?
And when they come back now, the level deducted from 20 from level 30 also included item like Coldfront of Potency level 30 and now it becomes level 20.
I will be posting my Level 21 Warrior that has an Elite Title and have 22k PVE kills.

Is this a bug or is it normal? As far as I know, I reached level 30 before quitting because of a new gap level and its hard to level because there are no good maps that time to level up.

I hope someone can answer me. Thanks!

As you can see, i already have 22k kills which is not normal on a level 20 character and elite title.
I receive my Flag when I reached level 16 on the time I played this game.

There is no such thing as a Level 30 Coldfront of Potency.

Even when the gap was level 30 there is no level 30 coldfront of potency before? Did you played like 2011 or 2012? Did you judged my post on what you can only see now? Thank you for replying on my post but I need an answer and I'm not trolling at all..

Nobody played it in 2011. The game launched in October 2012. The weapon you're holding was released during the winter after the cap was raised from lvl16 to lvl21 (dead city). It came along with the green and blue winter armor of which now a vanity set are available blue and red. Therefor no lvl30 exist of this item nor a l26.

When you reached lvl16 cap, granting you the l16 banner, there were elite maps too. Granting you the elite title. You may have farmed maps and elite maps gaining many kills at that time. The stats and weapon seem all straight forward to me. (yes, i too played at back then and i also quit back then)

I never heard of a bug setting you back 10lvl's nor even 1lvl. If there was one, more people would suffer from it i guess. It's more likely you forgot which lvl you were, no offence.
