unable to buy plat

Go to the buy plat menu, but there is no menu. Have tried restarting game and phone, reinstalled game. Nothing. :(

Had the same problem 2 month ago .

Do you buy per google+?

If so try this/ worked for me:
Disable all the google background data flow.
Then put them all on again and restart youre phone.
Then the options should be there again .

Maybe there was an problem with my google+/play.... dont know exactly but it worked :)

The BEST part of this bug on iOS is that it WRECKS YOUR GAME.

If you are not on iOS be thankful.

I tried to buy plat the menu was bugged, then voila my game is trashed.

Hey all! SO sorry about all of this. Our web store went down last night which also made it impossible to buy platinum in game. As of this morning this is fixed and should be good to go now. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
