So u would've gotten more response quickly try uploading it to "AL General Section " they should know nore and hopefully help u

When you go to event map, a box will pop up asking if you want to buy a winter event bane item for 10 plat.
alternatively, you could just search for "Orb of ursume" in the crafting section of the CS
