Bane item

Is this item in game and how can someone obtain it? Its been in every event since Ursoth never seen it in auction or anyone have it

If u enter the event map u get an annoying pop-up that tells u to buy something for 10plat.
Its also in cs at gem section I think

You just keep it in your stash while playing event. You can't and don't need to equip it or craft it. You will notice a nice little glowing circle around you when you run event map if you have the orb (bane item) in your stash
By stash I mean in your toons personal inventory.
