The drop rate for the Ancient Planar Pendant recipe has been increased.
Frist, the new Legendary Reindeer pet can now be crafted from a Prance egg and 15 dragon scales. The Frist recipe can be found in Greater Ice-covered Chests.
The bug resulting in the “Ice-Covered Chest” drop message appearing but not actually dropping has been fixed.
The Frost-Touched Mythic weapons are now even colder with the addition of some frosty particle FX.
Elite Planar Chests now drop more frequently from the second Planar Tombs boss.
The Planeswalker title now grants properly after finishing the 3rd tombs quest.
Crafted energy is now available through the crafting page.

In my case its too late, seen as how its borked drop rate has persuaded me to take an extended break from AL.

and can we stop this no recipe no money campaign, we sound desperate and like we are ungrateful to sts. They are people like us and don't like to be treated as greedy powerful warlords, and we shouldnt think that they think money is any more important to providing an awesome experience in AL

P.S. I think we should learn something from this. Let's be kinder in the future to sts and not rage like we are strikers on some outrageous overthrowing of a government thing. Sts has done us a favor by lowering the drop rate. We should return the favor by being grateful, not by continuing to use the no recipe no money slogan. Typical after update. When the game is restarted without the page being refreshed, frequently some textures fail to load correctly (includes weapons, banners, skills' visuals etc.). Just refresh and you're done.
