I have never DC'ed during an event and this morning it has happened during 3 of my energy uses. I use wifi and my connection has been flawless. Get your stuff together sts, I usually don't care about this stuff but I used plat which I bought with real money to get those energy packs.

Keep this stuff up and I'll take my money back to blizzard.

In the meantime, it would be very helpful if you could tell us exactly when you DC'ed. This would help us repro (and fix) it.

Every single one of them is with a full party during syrillax. The health bar got down to 3/4 and right when he red zones and drops the snowballs it happened.

Sorry for the attitude, I'm just irritated but I'm sure customer service will be helpful. Thank you for the quick response

I have not been offered to ask sts support to get some energy back when I lost 10-20 energys so far because of dc and the fact that I complained on this :)
