A Few "Glitches"?

1 ) Yowie's Passive:

"Ice-Block"

Ice Block has a 10% chance to be applied on Yowie’s passive attack at level 40+, freezing the target in a block of ice for a couple of seconds. This does NOT apply in PvP or to Bosses.


I went into PvP and a player had Yowie. Yowie's "Ice-Block" froze me for more than 5 seconds. (I am a mage with fireball - I timed from that). It is this a glitch?

2 ) "Time Shift" does not always drop. I have two-digit green ping - great internet connection. Is this a glitch?

If u get stunned right as u cast a clock it will not drop.maybe u were stunned?

And about the pets freezeing in pvp.... SMH. Why oh why do we need pets that can pretty much chain freeze with passives..

1) No I was *not* stunned.

Anyway, why did I freeze - freezing the target in a block of ice for a couple of seconds. This does NOT apply in PvP or to Bosses, and why was the freeze so long?

Happens with me alot times. The mob is in front and the clock drops somewhere else. Sometimes it fails to drop. Its really annoying.
