I'm so mad they made it a permanent vanity item because now everyone can have it!!! Mines from Halloween when you had to buy item packs to get one. At least they haven't added the pumpkin helm permanently...at least not yet >.<

I doubt it, I think they only are giving witches hats because they failed with the costumes.

So many people asked for refunds for the packages and also they did not tell us that witches hats were the only items we could keep from the platinum store. So only lucky people got the hats after the event.
