Are those hidden passages only for cash farming?

do all of them have a boss? if they do, are they strong?

They all have bosses. The hidden grate in LE has Fridge as a boss. Him being one of the strongest. As a lvl35 boss he can one shot lvl 50s. But he is where you get Green Ice drops. If you explore outside of balefort rather than map travel everywhere you will find a hidden dungeon where you will find Vyxnar.

oooh i found that dungeon outside of balefort too, so it's the only place that cannot be entered from the world map?

No there are plenty of places not accessible thru world map. Wyldwood, Shalerock Valley, Shadow caves never used to be on the world map but now you can actually just create games for it. Try running thru the world once. From FH to Lake Louis and see what you find ;)

good idea, and DEV please add "boots" as a new equipment type and let some of them increase our running speed :P

Yeah there are alot first hidden one is in dark forest let you have the fun of finding where
