Getting 5 skills at lvl 23 Advisable?

im twink at lvl 23 and im planning to get jugg so therefore my skills are SS,CS,VB,Heal and
Jugg.

is it ok or should i spend the extra skill point in passive instead of getting jugg?

Since you cant skill swap till after your abilities are finished cooling down, i wouldn't advise getting a 5th ability. However if you want a 5th ability for different strategies or just to be good at everything such as clashing, 1v1, and tanking, then that could work. Just remember you will be forfeiting valuable passives

It rlly depence on what u want to do, gw yes 5 skil sometimes u need sometimes u dont need depence how good yoyr enemies are
For vs you dont rlly need jug
