Help Updating Content PROBLEM and Im NEW!

I got Ipod touch 2G 8MB
4.2.1
Just Downloaded Pocket Legends
Its patching (UPDATING CONTENT) for like 2 minutes and BOOM Disconnected From the server(Connection Lost)
I deleted it from my ipod, and installed it again and still the same problem!
What can I do?

I just want to play Pocket Legends!

Like disabling notifications, and trying different networks if possible?

I have reinstalled 3 times already but still failed to connect during patching. I found out that, every time when I was receiving the client008.pak, I would be disconnected from the server. Please help!!!

Have you deleted the cache which is on your phone?
