It has been 1 week since 1.7 came out, and that has been how long it has been since any pink has dropped for me. I have spent about 65% time in Forest Haven, 35% time in BS and those are the two stingiest drop rates in the game. I was thinking a couple of days ago to just go into Skeller so I could remember what a pink drop was like, but I have decided to just keep in these two areas, and the next pink I get I will be blasting fireworks like crazy.
Note, I made sure to post this in OT because it is just my experience, and is in no way a complaint about the drop rates. I know I am in the two areas with lowest rates, and the highest pay offs, so I am just gonna keep at it.

So who wants to take bets on what my next pink will be? Here are the possibilitys:

BS Pink Item : Low Drop Rate
BS Pink Recipe : Lower Drop Rate
FH: Pink Recipe : Insanely low drop rate
Fh: Pink Item : Drop rate so low they might not even exist :)

edit: These are the ONLY two places left in Alterra that I have never looted a pink anything.

Hey, I'll farm FH and BS with ya. I've been farming FH solo for awhile now with nothing to show for it. Give me an add if you want.

It's luck of the draw, mate. I've gotten a lv 55 pink drop the 3rd day of 1.7's release and nothing beyond that. CherryKim said she got 2 pinks in a very short period of time, and the funniest thing was in the same game she said that, she got a lv 55 pink recipe from Oil Slick.

I have 1 51, 1 52, and 1 55 and no BS pinks.

FH pinks do exist, they are just super rare. I've been farming the Deli for the past couple of days. I've gotten a couple of gems and some crafting items. A low level pink recipe would be jackpot.

The good news is I got a pink ...
The bad news is it was a Void Talon from King Minas in a exp run :(

Aw. I got a pink too! It was a "Destiny" item or something along those lines.. Liquidated.

I think I am going to end up leveling to 55 just killing Beargular, since that is all I doing till I loot a pink :)

I'm in FH land, looking for pinks. :( I'll be there until I find one. (though, occasionally, I do get crazy bored and come out and run other areas....but always back to FH)

indeed, after 1 week no pinks for me at sewers. But saw 2 drops, 1 for guy with lucky potion and both dropped on day 1.

I've gotten two pink drops in BS, a 53 Fury Fighter's Gemstone Sword and a 55 Mega Mage's Gem Shard Wand—both completely useless for my archer.

BTW, I have *never* gotten a high level pink armor drop. Ever. Not C/V/R, not S/D/H, and not in BS. And it's not like I haven't been boss hunting…

I feel your pain fluff. I've farmed mostly the same two areas you farmed and got no pinks yet. However, I was lvling my bear today and the lorekeeper dropped Sb bow of void for me. I was so happy I gave it to the archer in game with me. He did most of the work anyway. He gave it back but I managed to convince him to take it for 5k. I think your first real pink will be a lvl 5 recipe

I got a Lv 15 artisan leather armor recipe that I've since crafted. The armor won't sell at all lol even tho mines like 80k cheaper

OMG that was going off in my head as I was falling asleep last night! LOL!

**Update, I gave the laser talon of the void to daniielRh for his give away, so that drop has been 'erased'. Still waiting for my ~first~ pink :)

HA! I know what you mean...I've run Keeper so many times, I sometimes swear I hear Mynas when he's not there.

Hey RedRyder, I would kill for a pink level 15 recipe.....I've got all the compnents.....where did it drop for you and which level char did you loot with.........and on topic, I got one level 55 BS pink item from Gold Fever and one lvl 55 Pink Recipe from catspaw. 3 orange level 5 recipes in FH Deli.....

Just thought I would (finally) update this with the fact I got a pink from BS. Three and half weeks, plus two 55 characters later, I got a Sewer Queen Staff. Oh, and about 3 runs later, I got ANOTHER Sewer Queen Staff. I feel like the Lions after they beat the Red Skins for their first win in 20+ games!

Fluff finally got his bs pink yesterday. A sewer queens staff and then another sewer queens staff to match it a few minutes later.

My problem is a lack of recipes .. can't do much crafting without them.

I don't think I've ever seen a pink anything out of FH.
