To get platinum tier, what happens? Where to go? Who rewards what? Is it only obtainable during winter event?

Kill winter bosses until your point reached around 5.6k and u get plat tier. After u reached plat tier, u get enchanted eye of syrillax(special gem) and recipe to craft more eyes. Yes, this all only available during winter event only, so take your chance to accomplish!

you can looted new ice armor from greater ursume chest, but its randomly drop. New ring they put in ursume locked.
