How to taunt enemies??

i need help in how to taunt enemies in pve...i have unlocked the taunt skill in Horn of renew but the mobs dont come to me so much

Fully charge the skill.

Fully charge HoR n Jugg, whirlwind and chestsplitter also can taunt. Probably others as well but that's my 4 taunt set up.

Try calling them names and using offensive gestures. Always works.
