Necropolis amulet of brutality.
Planar rod/expedition gun of brutality.
Upgrade them with tarlok wisdom gem.

Icescale is the only set currently that gives a full set bonus and it's always +10 primary stat. If you aren't wearing the full set you won't see the bonus when looking in auction tho.
