Problem with Gale Wind?

The AOE effect upgrade when you charge the skill doesn't work, what's going on here?

Its happened before. They fixed and it happened again. Most if not all aoe upgrades affected including warrior heal range upgrade. I think its just a visual bug.

The area of effect is working but the problem is with the visuals. U can actually damage the targets around u. Try to pull many mobs in a low lvl area, then charge up GF and you will notice that it damages around u but the visual effects is not right.
