Help me improve my lineup lvl 43

Dex Mage lvl 43, are their any better items I should change to? Also if I'm close in lvl what items should I be on the look for within 3-4 lvls.

If you happen to be selling said item please post a price though my budgets about 50k tops as I'm leveling up so it will be temporary use.

Desert eagle talon of Thoth(prefer talon but open to a powerful bow)
Mambozas croc scale leather...yea I know way old but I like the regen sometimes
Menus wing of Horus

For a replacement for mamboza, try Scorpion Leathers. They come in lvl41-45 form and are cheap nowadays and you can find isis/thoth version with great regen too. For a good bow...a scarab bow would do becuz you are just leveling. Btw, scarab bows come in lvl41-45 too.
