Can someone tell me how to correct skills and good gear and weapon ? for L35 Bear :D

Check this guide out:
Nowadays, 35pvpers dont use the full copperhead set anymore, but nevertheless, its a good guide.

Also if i were you i would use:
lvl 35 int hal helm (for regen)
lvl 35 int hal armour (for regen)
lvl 35 pink reaper/ trident/butchers knife
lvl 35 evi/copperhead shield.

Full copper can be just as good as those Halloween/reaper bears. Int bears are also fun at 35.
