Suggestions-idea for new wep and proc button

I was thinking a wep with slightly more damage but no proc would be cool, it would be a risk because if a weapon procs a certain amount then it's better than the no proc weapon. Or just a button that could turn off procs because for twink warrior vs usually procs decide who wins and I'd like to see what would happen without procs.

Edit-maybe these could be the next legendary locked weapons
