What is this glowing light I keep seeing from players...? O.o

It's an aura for para gem, it was a plat tier reward in Halloween event.
The gem itself gives 2dmg , and one such aura which shows to grant 5.5( or maybe 5) Dmg.
If someone have upgraded any gear with one para gem,and wear it, this aura comes.

Not the Ursoth event it was in the Halloween in platinum tier lol
