Im playing since 2 years already and I remember times where it was easy to find a good name. I was searching 4 hours for the last name i created, most of the cool names are already in use.

Art is not any rarer than my name. Everybodies name is unique because there is only one of that name.

Also, arrrrrrrgghhhhh your absolutely right within your price range and it or depends on the richness of the person and there desire towards a certain name which appeals to them.
