was just wondering if i deleted a character if i would still have the extra inventory slots i bought with platinum.

If you delete the character on which you bought the extra inventory slots, you will lose them.

Maybe stash your inventory slots? (and faces?)

It's not a bug. Inventory and auction slots are bought per character not per account like many other extras. So if you delete a character, you delete those slots.
