I've bought plat, and it's says completed on the Order Status page, and the money has been taken out of my account but it is not there?!
Please tell me is something wrong?! Really need help on this...
It's the weekend, STS doesn't work on weekends, so your platinum ticket might not have been confirmed. If you don't get your platinum on Monday or Tuesday, just email support. No worries. support@spacetimestudios.com

Really annoying that the money was deducted, and then the plat isn't received -.-
They really could wait to take the money out, and give the plat at the same time

Eh? LOL?!! I always buy plats on weekends...and I get it. How is that possible that on weekends u don't get plats?
And yeah u might exp this but try to reload or restart the app. It might as work out.
