Wat does this mean : "You're lucky : you have been rerolled for better ..."
Plz someone tell me plz

It means that you got lucky and re-rolled for better loot. That luck may come from an elixir or a St. Patrick's vanity hat.
It basically means that you get a better item (on a rarity scale) than you would have if you did not get a chance to re-roll.
