Having Issues with Crafting

I can't seem to craft anything but the inital 3 types. I have 17 energy essences and can't find an option to do it and just bought receipe for Greater Ice Covered Chest and I don't see it anywhere.

All I see is Blood, Fire and Glacial. No ability to scroll down or anything.

Try playing on another device and log in with same character, see if they're there. Seems odd. Uninstall and reinstall.
