Fast Speed?

I don't know why but I often see a lot of people cast spell/slice and dice and club/shoot at a super fast speed is there any way I could boost my attacking speed to the very max hated hitting in a very slow rate or does level matters? I'll appreciate if there is any kind soul who could have an answer to my question.

Every weapon has it's own speed (higher numbers are slower weapons), an there's no way to use them any faster. As for skills, you can use them as fast as you can tap, then wait for cooldowns, but mana can drop fast using mage skills, so mana regen (M/s or mana per second) is the stat you should try to build to he able to use more skills without chugging mana pots constantly.
