Ok ty how to cleansed the essences from arena ?

Buy the planar relic from tombs npc... Then arena bosses start dropping essences that u can craft into cleansed.

Ok cool ty and will the recipe dissapear when crafting the pendant ?

When i finished mine the recipe was still there, i imagine i could make another, dont know why though.
