Forum Time Discrepancy?

I may be just losing my mind, but it seems like my timestamps on chat and forum posts are being stamped for about 18 minutes earlier than they are actually being made. If it's just me (on multiple devices and networks) then that's pretty strange, but I think it's a server time issue. Anyway, FYI. :)
