I'm not exactly sure what causes this, but this bug is extremely annoying during combat.
I always thought it was lag but as you can see in the video my ping was green during the entire video.
Players could always be out of sync but I've only seen this with the Rhino and the Fox.
I know many people have experienced this already but here is footage of what many people complain about.

Happens with pretty much all classes. People refer to this as "teleporting." I agree. It is SUPER annoying, especially when you think you are in range when you are really not or vice versa.
