I had a question about tapjoy. Every time I try to earn free plat, it just says "service is unreachable". Please help!

All I know I sometimes you have to play the app for a bit before u get ur free platinum...is that what u r wondering?

I went to the free platinum page and clicked on an app to download, but it said the service is unreachable thing. I couldn't download the app.

Well I'm not to sure buddy....maybe it's a sign you should spend the money on platinum lol. Maybe just try restarting your device and try again?

What device are you on? some apps aren't compatible with ipods (only for iphones) or an outdated iOS

I experienced the same from time to time, I guess you are outside the US region just like me, so some of the apps aren't available for us to download.

I'm in the US. And my iTunes country/region is set to US too .
