What are you trying to craft, all I see is Fine Cloth Fabric, Fine Leather Panel, Fine Chain Sheet and Fine Plate Panel. I don't have any Fine Gold Plating in my inventory, so I don't know where to get it. Screenshots would be helpful.

It comes from its own quest. The Fallen Prince gives you a quest with Fine Gold Plating as a reward.
