Just talk to her face to face. And I strongly suggest NOT giving one girl all your attention. It's easy to fall for her that way, and gain more interest in her than you should. You'll think about her too much and get sick over it. So go talk to other fine girls, even if they're ugly or weird. Expand your experience and you'll learn from each encounter.

just suck it up, go talk to her face to face instead of facebook. you cant do hook ups through facebooks for the rest of your life, youre going to have to go the traditional route eventually so why not start now? just do the hang out in a group of friends type of thing, that way your friends can get aquanted with that chicks friends setting it up for future group get togethers. it is strongly advised that you and the girl branch off from the group to spend some alone time and get to know eachother more without the friends distracting you. over time youll break out of your shell and do it face to face all the time. i guarentee you your success rate would be much higher with the ladies if youre more confident.
