I spent 150 bucks us on opening lockeds and got nothing. I know it's suppose to be luck but come on. If someone spends alot of money they should at least get 1 mythic item at the least. So now I have no gold and lost real world money. I'm honestly thinking about quitting and joining and other game this is beyond ridiculous. Before the it's luck blah blah people come in you spend 150$ and not get a mythic and tell me how you feel. How greedy can you be sts this is ridiculous.

If the odds were better, then the items would be more common and would be worth less on the market. Originally when locked crates first came out there were no mythic or arcane items. Legendary were the best items, and people would open locked to loot the great legendary items. But soon there were so many of them out there, that they became worthless and I can remember a time when locked crates were going for 500 gold in the auction. It wasn't until arcane and mythic items were released that they began to gain some value again and people wanted to open them.

I understand your frustration, but when you take risks, you have to be ready to man up and face the worst possible outcome of your decisions.

Sts should make a disclaimer in the item description for the crates to prevent players from assuming the completely preposterous idea that if you gamble "a lot", you will guaranteed be rewarded.

You cant go to a casino and demand a free car after losing 2k at the blackjack table...

And the odds of getting a mythic is what? 0.5%? 0.05% for an arcane? So using a random number generator between 0 and 200, count the number of times you "reroll" until you hit 1. Divide that by 3 and that's how many crates it took for you to get a "mythic". Same for arcanes. Except instead of 200, use 2,000. And do that again and again. You'll notice you dont get a mythic/arcane after the same amount of crates. You could end up getting one after 1 crate, 10 crates, 100 crates, 1,000 crates or even never.

The odds are the odds, whether you open 1000 crates or just 1. It doesn't matter if you played the lottery every day for the past 30 years, if you play today your odds are the same as someone else who played today for the first time.

In Pocket Legends STS used to give out occasional gifts to those who purchased a certain amount of plat. I remember during the Humania expansion they gave out the special "Angel" sets of gear that were not as good as the best legendary gear, but were great starter sets to begin running the new dungeons. I think they also gave out occasional non-tradeable vanities to plat spenders, so maybe they should do that in the future. But these gifts were always non-tradable, so if you are hoping to receive something you can then turn into gold, you will be out of luck.

If you want guaranteed gold for your plat, then the best way is to buy ankhs, energy kits, or elixir kits and sell them in the auction house, or you can just convert your plat to gold. There is a reason why they offer these things. Locked crates are actually the only way to spend your plat that is a total gamble. Yes, as with most gambling the potential rewards are the highest, but there is no guarantee of anything no matter how many times you do it.

YOU HAVE A GAMBLING PROBLEM! Just don't spend money you can't afford to spend without crying because you gambled 150$ for a game and lost. With that money you could've made millions from ankhs and laughed all the way to the bank but instead you let your gambling problem make you broke.

The best thing to do with your plats is to buy stuff like scorch the plat pet. Thats what i would do. I only open locked when i get plat from doing offers from fyber and native x. By doing offers this event i got to open about 15 locked ursume crates but i ended up lossing like about 400k to buy those crates and i got nothing. So now im saving up so when i have enouge i will buy scorch or something else.

Also if u really wanna try your luck do it when 2x chance come like it came about 2-3 weeks ago i opened about 20 locked and got a singe. And after i sold him i bougth elite dragon scale chest to loot arcane shard but ended up lossing about 7 million. guess greedy had me f***ed. so now im spending my gold and plat on fixed things and not on "luck" stuff.

Nobody likes when people complain about locks, it is all about luck and some people just dont have luck.
Thats all there is to it, and as someone Said you cold have Earned alot from this Money, but you chose to open crates.
