Can anyone tell me the full procedure to get Nekro pet...please describe in detail please. ^_^

Follow the steps :
1. get the quest arcane parchment from the pet keeper in kelys
2. complete it
3. you will get a recipe
4. collect the required items
5. craft it

after u have recipe need arcane fossil and 15 vials..the problem is vials no drops atm

Unfortunately neither vials or fossil drop. Not only that, it got nerfed badly where mythic pets are preferable to it.
I don't know why vials and the fossil isn't dropping, maybe ask the devs, gonna warn you tho, cos all previous answers where 'we looking in to it'.

Just like xorrior said ^ i actually bought a fossil a month ago hoping to craft nekro and have been looking for ecto high, low and everywhere ever since and i have one 1 uno ectoplasm for 1 month of digging.
Im just gonna also add, like xorrior said. Its garbage. At least til buff (if there ever is one).
