I haven't bought platinum often,
but from what i read on forums,
it happens sometimes.
Because weekend is tomorrow,
wait until monday,
if it still doesn't give you your platinum,
email: support@spacetimestudios.com
tell them that you bought the amount of plats you bought,
tell them your In Game Name
and the time you bought the platinum (with time zone)

The people who confirms the tickets for platinum are on vacation most likely. Like Ruizhe said, wait until Monday.
